    Most orders are ready for pickup at our warehouse or ship within 7 to 10 business days via freight or a shipping agent of your choice.

  • What is the delivery time after an order?

    Delivery times will vary based on product availability, configuration, and size. For in-stock items that meet your application’s requirements, delivery can be as fast as 7-10 business days. Please contact us to confirm availability.

Lead times are subject to change. We strongly recommend waiting until all purchased equipment has been delivered, inspected, and, if applicable, undergone setup or operational training before scheduling your events or installation dates. Additionally, we offer extended warranty options of up to 10 years on select products and applications, providing even greater peace of mind.


    To ensure seamless operation, BOLT LED provides unlimited technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop at no extra cost for the entire duration of ownership. Our US-based support team is available 24/7/365 to assist with any technical inquiries.


    Our state-of-the-art service facility in California is fully stocked with parts and staffed by trained professionals ready to service your product. Moreover, our extensive network of Authorized Dealers and 3rd Party Service Professionals ensures that on-site service is available whenever necessary.

  • Can I buy more LED panels in the future to make my screen larger?

    While adding more panels is possible, slight differences in color and brightness may arise between sets due to variations in production batches and the natural aging of LEDs over time. This is a common characteristic across all manufacturers.


    To address this, we offer calibration options that can help achieve a closer match, though perfect consistency cannot be guaranteed. As a best practice, we recommend purchasing the largest screen size you anticipate needing to ensure long-term compatibility.
